Discovery Call

A Discovery Call is like a mini-coaching session. Discovery calls are 30 - 45 minutes long and give us the opportunity to get to know each other a bit, to help me understand what's most on your mind at the moment, and to explore options for helping you feel better about your friendships, as quickly as possible. 

We will: 

• Explore the main friendship challenges you're facing at the moment, and how these are impacting you and your wellbeing
• Identify the 2 - 3 top skills you need to learn to overcome these challenges. This could include things like: confidence-building, small talk skills, reading social cues, holding boundaries, being open / vulnerable etc. 
• Agree at least one action that you can take right away to improve the quality of your closest connections
• Understand how you prefer to learn. Including working out what level of knowledge-building, practice, accountability, support etc would help you get the results you're looking for (this is completely unique to you, which is why I always encourage a Discovery Call before you buy any of my products / services.
