Email Coaching-for-Connection Package (8 emails / 4 weeks)

Email coaching is an alternative coaching method, and offers some unique benefits which may make it the perfect option for people who struggle with traditional therapeutic settings. Including: 

• Flexibility - email coaching allows you to fit coaching around your schedule - no need to coordinate time zones or appointments.
• Reduced pressure - If you're feeling overwhelmed, you can step away and come back to your responses later, rather than being put 'on the spot' and having to cram everything in to a very specific time slot. 
• Affordability - Because we're able to get straight to the point, without the small talk, email coaching typically works out cheaper than traditional coaching, for similar results. And you'll be astonished at how much progress we can make in a short space of time. 
• Time for Reflection - Process your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, leading to deeper insights. 
• Written Record - Refer back to what's been said, when you want to, in a way that you can't with traditional coaching.

This is my basic email coaching package, and includes: 

• Twice weekly email exchanges for four weeks, or eight email exchanges over any timeframe of your choosing (not including introductory context setting / coaching agreement, and any clarifying emails)
  
• Coaching questions, deep insight, clear actions, personalised support and advice
• Responses within 36 hours
• Bonus materials drawn from my taught courses, specific to your situation
